Rikki Stanley is a Legal Assistant at Polaris Lawyers. She has three years’ experience helping sick and injured members of the community access their potential entitlements to compensation. She assists clients across a range of personal injury matters; medical negligence, road accidents (TAC claims), and public liability.
Rikki studied an Associates’ Degree focused in Legal Practice (Paralegal) at RMIT University.
She has a keen interest in social justice. She believes that access to legal assistance should be available to everyone, especially the vulnerable and the marginalised; and that financial constraints should not be a barrier to justice.
Rikki has a strong background in superannuation TPD claims, having worked in Australia’s largest personal injury law firm for several years.
Rikki prides herself on her ability to empathise with each client’s individual circumstances and appreciates that every case is unique – making her a great fit for Polaris.
Rikki is a keen footballer, but not a very good one (her words, not ours).
