What if the fees are more than my compensation?

Polaris will make sure that you are not out of pocket when you win your claim.

We do this in two ways:
1. We negotiate hard with the other side to pay the largest possible amount of your costs, so that you pay less;
2. We will reduce our fees to make sure you keep the majority of your compensation.
