What if I don’t have a claim?

Polaris gives you free initial advice about whether you have a potential claim for compensation. If we believe that you are unlikely to have a claim, we will give you that advice, and you won’t have paid a cent.

If we think you’ve got a claim for compensation – we will investigate your claim and give you more detailed advice. If at that stage our advice is that your claim will not succeed – you can walk away, free of charge.
