Emily is an experienced lawyer who assists those injured in motor vehicle accidents. She has an unwavering commitment to providing clients with clear, practical and timely advice with a focus on helping clients navigate the TAC scheme in Victoria.
Prior to joining Polaris, Emily worked at one of the largest personal injury firms in Victoria and gained valuable experience and skills in her advocacy for individuals who have been injured on the road. With over 14 years working in the legal industry, she has a keen understanding of the difficulties clients face when engaging with the legal system.
Through her background in property law and experience appearing in the Victorian Civil & Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), she has developed strong litigation and advocacy skills. Having worked across medical negligence, public liability and motor vehicle accident claims she brings unique experience towards helping clients fulfill their legal rights.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her daughter, gardening and playing the piano.
