Emily is a strong advocate for her clients in helping them achieve positive outcomes. She prioritises giving clear, concise legal advice and strives to dismantle barriers clients may face when engaging with the legal system.
Emily believes strongly in principles of open justice. Whilst working at one of the largest personal injury firms in Victoria, Emily gained valuable experience and skills in her advocacy for individuals who have been injured on the road. Her background in property law and at VCAT has also developed her strong litigation and advocacy skills. In her work in Polaris across medical negligence, public liability and motor vehicle accident claims she brings her experience and her drive to help clients fulfill their legal rights.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her daughter, gardening and playing the piano.
